WHY DO WE NEED CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS?

• 15 hour workshops on the nature of conflict, foundational concepts and skills including: cultural sensitivity, communication skills, lateral thinking skills and strategies; and conflict resolution methods such as collaborative negotiation and problem-solving.

• 40 hour workshops which include mediation training in addition to the above. 

The workshops are interactive and include role plays.
