Pamela is a Registered Nurse and graduate of Carleton University (BA Political Science & Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution) and MA candidate in Conflict Studies at St. Paul University. She has had a varied career during the last 30 years in government, business and health care. Her experience includes both management and advisory positions at the national and international levels.

Over the years, much of her work has been with people in conflict and crisis situations. She has coached new mediators in the Carleton University, Department of Law- Conflict Resolution Program, as well as law students in the University of Ottawa, Department of Law. She has trained with some of the leading mediators in North America and brings this powerful blend of experience and learning to her current practice in family and workplace mediation, conflict, couples and health coaching and conflict resolution training.

A recent award for superior health care services commitment is indicative of her dedication.

A native Newfoundlander, Pamela has traveled extensively, particularly in the Middle and Far East and has lived in Spain. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
